I suppose it is [pen taps] somewhat appropriate that my birthday be marked by a resurgence in these troublesome things; I did manage to evade being struck by rubber balls today, though it was a near thing once or twice.

I suppose I could always have wine with my cake, though I am not entirely sure that would go together very well.

Pretty sure it's one of those situations that depends on the wine and the cake involved. Though, when in doubt, I guess there's no going wrong with tea.
